“ Influence o f the num ber and location o f m easurem ent points w ith respect to exploitation area on the determ ination accuracy o f param eters o f the model describing

the subsidence o f m ining area”

The task aiming to define the parameters o f mining influence theory necessitates that a certain level o f determination accuracy o f these parameters should be ensured. The value o f the errors involving the determined parameters o f the influence theory depends on the approximation accuracy used by the theoretical model to describe the measured deformations and on their location with respect to the ongoing mining exploitation. Furthermore, the errors depend on the geometry o f exploitation area.

The analysis o f literaturę, applied theoretical Solutions and the results o f geodesic surveying made it possible to formulate and prove the thesis o f the work:

W ith a given scattering level o f observation results w ith respect to the accepted theoretical m odel, the determ ination accuracy o f the param eters o f influence theory describing the subsidence o f mining area depends on:

the num ber and location o f m easurem ent points w ith regard to the exploitation area,

the geom etry o f exploitation area.

In order to prove the thesis o f the work, Computer simulations were carried out which made it possible to define the relations allowing for the influence o f measurement line location and number o f observation points on the value o f relative errors o f the determined parameters tgfi, Ai, a.

Basing on the carried out calculations the following main conclusions can be drawn:

with the observation line moving away from the centre o f fuli subsidence trough the value o f maximum subsidence recorded on the line is decreasing, which results in the rise o f mean errors o f the investigated parameters,

the increase o f the dimensions o f the exploitation area resulting in the development o f subsidence trough has influence o f the decrease o f the mean error o f the determined parameters.
