I. LEGAL SYSTEM O F ENACTED L A W
5. Legal sy stem of e n a c ted law (LSLE) co n sists ex c lu siv e ly of n o rm s e n a c ted by p ro p e r a u th o rities. T h is is a m inim um c o n c e p t of law in s ta tu to r y law sy stem s. T h e e n a c te d n o rm s a r e id en tified b y p ro p e r p ro c e d u r e s d eter m in in g th e ac t of e n a c tm e n t. T h e LSLE co rr esp o n d s to e x tre m e ly sim p lified p ar ad ig m of s ta t u to r y law .
S ta tu to r y law is an id ea liz atio n of th e le g isla tiv e sy ste m s o p e ra tin g e.g. in c o n tin e n ta l E u ro p e if th e y a r e d esc rib e d in a form al w ay, i.e. tak in g in to a c co u n t o n ly for m a l h ie r a rc h ie s of th e so -c alled „so u rce s of law " , te ch n iq u e s of th e la w - m ak in g a n d of a n a p p lic atio n of law ,
