rektyfikacji obiektów budowlanych
W rozprawie dążono do usystematyzowania i określenia procedury wyznaczania wychylenia budynku na potrzeby procesu rektyfikacji oraz kontroli tego procesu. Zaproponowany algorytm wyznaczania wychylenia, który nadaje się do inżynierskiego stosowania w praktyce, co potwierdziły pomiary wykonane podczas rektyfikacji jedenastokondygnacyjnego wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego. Przyjęta metodologia wyznaczania parametrów związanych z wychyleniem obiektu może również posłużyć do prognozowania efektów procesu prostowania. W poszczególnych rozdziałach pracy omówiono przekrojowo wymagania i dopuszczalne tolerancje stawiane pojedynczo rozpatrywanym elementom konstrukcyjnym oraz całym obiektom budowlanym. Poruszono też problematykę rodzajów, przyczyny i skutków deformacji podłoża budowlanego. Przeanalizowano obecne metody pomiarów stanu faktycznego obiektów budowlanych, omówiono proces rektyfikacji oraz sposoby i rodzaje pozostałych napraw obiektów. W części zawierającej badania własne zaproponowano usystematyzowanie postępowania przy wykonywaniu pomiarów i obliczeń parametrów związanych z rektyfikacją obiektu. Algorytm poddano weryfikacji w praktyce przy prostowaniu jedenastokondygnacyjnego wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego.
Determining the spatial arrangement of structural elements in the process
of rectifying construction works
The aim of this dissertation was to systematize and define the procedure for determining the building deflection for the rectification process and its evaluation. The proposed deflection measuring algorithm is suitable for application in the engineering practice, what was confirmed by the measurements made during the rectification of an eleven- storey multi-family residential building. The methodology adopted for determining parameters related to the building deflection may also be used to predict its effects, which can support the decision on building straightening. In the following chapters of the dissertation, the requirements and acceptable tolerances for particular building parts and entire construction works were considered and discussed. The types, causes and effects of deformations of the building site were also examined. Current measurement methods for the building conditions were analysed, simultaneously the rectification process and methods and types of other building repairs were studied. In the research section, the proposal for regulating the procedure of measurement and calculation of parameters related to building rectification was presented and evaluated during straightening the eleven-storey multi-family residential building.
