Abstract.

&RPSHWLWLYHVZLPPHUVKDYHD KLJKLQFLGHQFHRIEUHDVWVWURNHUHODWHGNQHHLQMXULHV7KHFDXVHRIWKHEUHDVWVWURNHVZLPPHU¶V NQHHZKLFKLVDFFRPSDQLHGZLWKPHGLDOSDLQRIWKHNQHHMRLQWKDVQRWEHHQFOHDUO\LGHQWLILHG7KHSXUSRVHRIWKLVLQYHVWLJDWLRQZDVWR GHWHUPLQHWKHELRPHFKDQLFDODQGDQDWRPLFDOIDFWRUVZKLFKSUHGLVSRVHVXEMHFWVWRLQMXU\7KLVVWXG\LQFOXGHVEUHDVWVWURNHDQGFUDZO VZLPPHUV “\HDUVROG ZKRKDYHSDUWLFLSDWHGLQ±\HDUORQJVZLPPLQJWUDLQLQJLQ7DEUL]FLW\7KHNQHHSDLQZDVHYDOXDWHG ZLWK0F*LOO¶VSDLQTXHVWLRQQDLUHDQG4DQJOHZDVPHDVXUHGZLWKXQLYHUVDOJRQLRPHWU\E\NQHHUDGLRJUDSK\LQVWDQGLQJSRVLWLRQ 7KHPHGLDOSDLQRINQHHMRLQWLQFUHDVHGVLJQLILFDQWO\DQGWKHNQHHZDVRQO\V\PSWRPDWLFZKHQWKHVZLPPHUVSHUIRUPHGWKHZKLS NLFN%UHDVWVWURNHVZLPPHUVZHUHKDUGO\DEOHWRFRPSOHWHWUDLQLQJEHFDXVHRIWKHNQHHSDLQ,WLVFRQFOXGHGWKDWFRPSHWLWLYHWUDLQLQJ RIEUHDVWVWURNHVZLPPLQJIRUPRQWKVFDQFDXVHH[FOXVLYHLQMXU\DQGSDLQLQVZLPPHU¶VNQHH2QWKHRWKHUKDQGWKHUHVXOWVKRZHG that there is a GLUHFWUHODWLRQVKLSEHWZHHQWKHVZLPPHU¶V4DQJOHDPRXQWDQGFKDQFHRIWKHNQHHLQMXU\7KLVHPSKDVL]HVD scrious consideration of Q angle states in breaststroke swimmers.

All subjects were training under investigation of mentioned mentor. Results

5HVXOWVRILQYHVWLJDWLRQRINQHHSDLQRIVZLPPHUVHDFKPRQWKVGXULQJD 6 months course can be seen in Table 1.

$VLWLVVKRZHGVXEMHFWV¶NQHHSDLQGXULQJWUDLQLQJFRXUVHWKURXJKWLPHSDVVLQJKDVEHHQLQFUHDVHGDQGWKLV LQFUHDVHLQEUHDVWVWURNHVZLPPHUVZDVPRUHWKDQFUDZOVZLPPHUV&RQVLGHULQJSRLQWVRIFUDZOVXEMHFWV¶SDLQ TXHVWLRQHUVKRZHGWKDWNQHHSDLQRIWKHVHVZLPPHUVLQFUHDVHGLQDFFRUGDQFHZLWKLQFUHDVHLQWLPHGXUDWLRQRI training, but this increase was slowly in a ZD\WKDWDIWHUSDVVLQJPRQWKVRIWUDLQLQJDOWKRXJKNQHHSDLQRIWKHVH VZLPPHUVLQFUHDVHGWKLVLQFUHDVHLQFRQWUDVWWRGHJUHHRISDLQEHIRUHVWDUWLQJWUDLQLQJKDGLQVLJQLILFDQWGLIIHUHQFH S  ,QVSLWHRIWKLVZKHQFUDZOVZLPPHUVWUDLQLQJUHDFKHGDWPRQWKVSDLQRILQWHUQDOSDUWVRINQHHLQ FRPSDULVRQ ZLWK NQHH SDLQ EHIRUH VWDUWLQJ WUDLQLQJ LQFUHDVHG VLJQLILFDQWO\ S    $OWKRXJK EHIRUH WUDLQLQJ
