Analiza wpływu systemów automatyzacji na efektywność
energetyczną instalacji i obiektów budowlanych
Rozprawa dotyczy tematyki weryfikacja zakresu oddziaływania zintegrowanych systemów automatyzacji i sterowania budynkiem (BACS) na efektywność energetyczną podsystemów i instalacji w budynkach. W pracy, bazując na literaturze, normach, rozporządzeniach i dyrektywach, zdefiniowano pojęcie efektywności energetycznej. Zidentyfikowano elementy infrastruktury budynkowej, energetycznej budynku oraz sterującej i monitorującej, wpływające na efektywności energetycznej. Zanalizowano możliwości poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynków i ich instalacji, z wykorzystaniem BACS. Zaprezentowano koncepcję wariantów i strategii sterowania, w oparciu o zidentyfikowane funkcje i obszary integracji. W badaniach eksperymentalnych dokonano integracji funkcji BACS, tak aby była możliwa implementacja zaproponowanych i opracowanych przez autora modeli funkcjonalnych dla różnych wariantów sterowania. Wykonano pomiary i analizę wyników. Przeprowadzono badania i pomiary instalacji oświetlenia przestrzeni publicznej, sterowanej za pomocą BACS. Badania te były podstawą ustalenia zbiorów funkcji i elementów integracji w systemach sterowania tego typu instalacji, prowadzących do zmniejszenia zużycia energii oraz przyczyniły się do opracowania wytycznych dla organizacji systemu automatyzacji, zorientowanego na poprawę efektywności energetycznej sterowanych instalacji oświetlenia przestrzeni publicznych. Przedstawiono założenia i wytyczne dotyczące organizacji budynkowych systemów zarządzania energią – realizowanych jako elementy systemu automatyzacji i sterowania budynkiem.
The Building Automation Systems and Installations - Analysis of the
Impact on Energy Efficiency
An objective of this dissertation is to investigate the impact of the integrated Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) functions on the energy efficiency of technical installations and systems in buildings. Based on the available literature, laws, standards and directives, the energy efficiency term is defined. The parameters of buildings and buildings' energy infrastructure elements, as well as control and monitoring infrastructure elements of the building, that influence the energy efficiency, have been identified as well. Author has introduced the concept of the variants and strategies in control with the integrated BACS. The experiment was carried out to integrate the BACS functions, to provide an implementation of the proposed and developed by the author functional models for different variants of control. The measurements and results analysis have been carried out. study and measurements of a street lighting (SL) installation, controlled by the BACS is presented. This study has been the basis for determining the sets of functions and integration levels of the SL control systems to provide a reduction in energy consumption. The author has developed guidelines for the organization of the automation system oriented to improve the energy efficiency of SL. Assumptions and guidelines for the organization of building energy management systems as an integral part of the BACS are presented in a dissertation as well.
