Wyniki obliczeń i symulacji zostały zweryfikowane eksperymentalnie podczas badań prowadzonych w warunkach przemysłowych.
Analizowano charakterystyki siłowe, rozkłady stanu naprężenia, intensywności odkształcenia, temperatury, pola prędkości plastycznego płynięcia materiału w całej objętości odkuwki.
In the thesis is the analysis of the influence of the plastic process of metal deformation on the mechanical properties and the structure of a new chromium and nickel basic alloy and modified by the nitrogen.
In the first part of the thesis the mechanical properties of CrNiN alloy were defined with the use of phisical system of modelling metallurgical processes Gleeble 3800. Flow curves of the examined alloy in the function of plastic strain properties for different range of temperatures and strain rate were stated.
On this basis a series of numerical calculations based on the Fine Element Method was conducted.
At this aim DEFORM 3D and Q FORM 3D software was used. The results of the calculations and simulations were verified during the study conducted in industrial conditions.
The force characteristics, the state of strains and stresses, distributions of temperatures and the velocity field of plastic flow of the material in the whole capacity of the forge were analysed.
