Celem pracy była prezentacja wyników badań i analiz, które wnoszą nowe informacje na temat podstaw teoretycznych procesu roboczego zachodzącego w mieszarkach wirnikowych oraz wpływu parametrów konstrukcyjno-eksploatacyjnych tych maszyn na przebieg i efekty procesu mieszania.
W oparciu o analizę stanu zagadnienia, znajomość rozwoju konstrukcji mieszarek i ich wyposażenia oraz własne prace sprecyzowano tezy:
1. Mieszarki wirnikowe w zakresie elementarnych operacji procesu mieszania mają wszystkie atrybuty mieszarek do mas z lepiszczem gliniastym, co rekomenduje je do stosowania przy odświeżaniu masy obiegowej, oraz do sporządzania masy z wyjściowych (świeżych) składników. Realizowane elementarne operacje prowadzą do uzyskania pożądanych, wysokich i powtarzalnych właściwości technologicznych masy.
Przebiegowi procesu w mieszarkach wirnikowych towarzyszy zmiana lepkości masy wynikająca z właściwości reologicznych masy syntetycznej z bentonitem.
2. Parametry konstrukcyjno-eksploatacyjne zespołów mieszarek mają zasadniczy wpływ na zachowanie się obrabianego materiału. Istnieje możliwość stworzenia optymalnych warunków do realizacji mieszania odświeżającego masy zwrotnej, zapewniającego selektywne rozdrabnianie aglomeratów ziaren, bez naruszenia samej osnowy ziaren. 3. Mieszarki wirnikowe wyposażone w układy pomiaru i regulacji wilgotności oraz
właściwości masy mogą być sterowane również w oparciu o pomiary zasilania napędu zespołu mieszającego.
Wyniki badań własnych zostały wykorzystane do optymalizacji produkowanych mieszarek wirnikowych. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza konstrukcji wirnika i jego łopatek, mocy silników napędowych zespołów mieszających, prędkości obrotowych wirników oraz misy, parametrów technologicznych, warunków kontroli oraz sterowania procesu mieszania.
The scope of the work was introduction of results investigations and analyses which brings a new information on subject of the theoretical bases working process setting in rotor mixers and influence structural- exploational parameters of these machines on course and effects of the mixing process.
On the basis analysis the condition of the question, acquaintance of development the construction of mixers and their equipments and own works were specified the proposition:
1. The rotor mixer in the range of the elementary operations the process of mixing have all attributes of mixer to sand with argillaceous binder, what recommends them to applying by refreshing the current sand and to preparing sand exit (fresh)components. Realized elementary operations lead to the obtainment desirable, high technological proprieties of sand. The course of process in rotor mixer accompanies the change stickiness of sand resulting from rheology propriety the synthetic sand with bentonite. 2. The structural- exploational parameters of mixer set they are the principal influence on
behavior the worked material. The exist the possibility creation of optimum condition to realization the used sand of mixing refreshing assuring selective comminution the agglomerates of grains, without infringement the same warp.
3. The rotor mixers equipped in measurement and control of moisture system and proprieties of sand can be control too in base about the measurements supply the driver mixing set.
The result of own investigations were used to the optimization produced the rotor mixers. This concerns especially the construction of rotor and his blades, driving motor power of mixing set, rotary rotor and pan speed , technological parameter, control conditions and operate the mixing process.
