Preface
Dear Reader of volume 14 of Students’ Legal, Administrative and Economic
Papers.
In the second issue of our series published in 2013 we introduced further modi fications, suggested to us by our friends and members of the Editorial Board. Some of them we hope will contribute to improving the regularity of appearance of subsequent volumes of the series (technical and organizational modifications), others will ensure the scientific nature of the publication.
The most visible change in this volume is introduction of the chapter “In our masters’ opinion” — which will contain reviews of the books and studies prepared by the staff of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the Univer sity of Wroclaw.
Editors make constant effort in order to ensure that the articles published meet high scientific criteria and both the selection of reviewers and the review pro cedure itself ensure selection of the best papers. Unfortunately, limited resources make it impossible to publish all texts that are sent to us.
Our sincere thank you goes to those whose decisions and cooperation enable the continuation of the series, especially the Faculty Publishing Committee and the Council of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the Univer sity of Wrocław.
Very valuable for us is the support of our partners, especially Wroclaw Tech nology Park — without the kindness and support o f the WPT Board our project could not be continued.
We would also like to ask all reviewers to accept thanks from the authors and editors. The blind review formula does not allow the authors to personally thank the reviewers, so please accept this indirect form o f thanking. Your comments were very valuable and useful and were taken into consideration in preparing final versions of the papers for print.
We would like to ask all the Wroelaw University Press editors to accept thanks for their outstanding work and understanding. Due to the patience and kindness of the great team it was possible for volume 14 of Students 'Legal Adminitrative and
Economic Papers to be published and ready to face the opinions of our readers.
