Це могло б дозволити наповнити його додатковими конструктивними пропозиціями. Потім, варто було б їх опрацювати секторально, за сферами діяльності, галузями, вказавши інституції, що здійснювали розробки. Це також посилило б відповідальність за кінцеві результати. Хочеться вірити, що допоки відбувається обговорення Програми, збір критичної інформації з місць, її аналізування, систематизація, Бог дасть – і … рік закінчиться. Якщо ж прийняті заходи, інформація до дій, то навіщо ж було, як кажуть, «тин городити»?
