Facts of the case – a human rights issue
Miss A, a national of the United Kingdom who was 15 years old at the material time, out of her own volition left the United Kingdom for an ongoing conflict in the Middle East to join a terrorist organisation. She spent considerable time in there. After the terrorist organisation was driven out of its territory, Miss A, pregnant with a child, wants to return to her home country.
