TOPICS OF INTEREST FOR SUBMISSION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decentralization and recentralization of public authority

• Position of local government bodies at the political regimes of Poland, Ukraine and other countries

• Systemic reforms and their impact on the status of local government units

• Local government partnerships. International cooperation partnerships.

• Changes in the supervision and control over the local government PUBLICATION:

Post-conference papers will be published in: Public Administration Yearbook Journal (ISSN 2449-7797), Sociology of Law Journal (Ukraine, ISSN 2413-6433) or post-conference proceedings published in the publishing house from the list of Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (80 points).

REGISTRATION AND FEES:

Deadline: March 30 (application form: https://goo.gl/forms/AuROkYrq5APWwKFt2) The deadline for paper submission: May 15 (beata.pawlica@up.krakow.pl)

The conference will be free of charge if we get a grant from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for which we have applied, otherwise the participation will be payable. Please register and at the end of March we will send you an information about possible payment.

• Full payment (450.00 PLN) covers participation in a two-day event, a reception, accommodation on 30/31 May in double rooms and publication.

• The "student" fee (100.00 PLN) covers only the second day participation and publication.

STUDENTS:

We invite PhD students and students to participate in the conference. Especially for them, on the second day (Friday) there will be a student session. Student Session papers can be delivered in English.

Participation fee for this session is 100.00 PLN. We offer: attendance certificate and publication in journals or post-conference proceedings.
