T h e m a jo rity of th e te x ts a r e d ev o ted to th e se lec ted is s u e s c o n c ern in g p o litica l g o v e rn m e n ts. T h e m ost im p o rta n t su b je c ts ta c k le d in th e s e a rtic le s in c lu d e th e ro le of th e ju d ic ia ry in th e process of d e m o c ra tiz a tio n of c o u n trie s a n d so cieties, th e p a r ty s y ste m o f th e R u s s ia n F e d e ra tio n , th e in s titu tio n o f th e p r e s id e n t in P o la n d , S lo v ak ia a n d th e C zech R epublic a f te r 1989.
