3. BPO / SSC centres in Poland – current facts and figures.

Currently Poland is one of the leading Euro-pean locations in the sector of modern busi-ness services. Pursuant to the most recent re-port published by the business investment ex-perts5 from Walter Herz Poland presently has

over 1,000 BPO/SSC centres, which employ over 200 thousand people. Of course, the ma-jority of those BPO/SSC centres are located on the territory of the respective SEZ / IT Parks existing within Poland.
