The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the innovation potential management of PE "Kharchovyk" for the next years, which will allow to carry out a real evaluation of innovation management, production, economic, financial, personnel activity of the enterprise, as well as to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for improving the innovation potential management of the enterprise.
The object of the research is a set of management, production and financial relations, processes that are formed in the course of functioning of PE "Kharchovik", which is organized in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, is a legal entity engaged in business activities.
The subject of the research is the management of the innovative potential of Kharchovyk PE. Proposals were developed to ensure the innovation potential management system of Kharchovik PE: proposals for upgrading technological equipment at Kharchovyk PE were substantiated; proposed to change the assortment policy by improving the management of the innovation potential of the enterprise; recommended the development of a project to create a marketing department in PE "Kharchovik". The results of the study were implemented in the production activity of PE "Kharchovik".
