Foreword IV International Scientific – Technical Conference «State and prospects of food science and industry» is held with the object to show the main results of scientific research achievements and discoveries of food science in recent years in Ukraine and abroad, and also the presentation of the achievements of leading food manufacturers, especially of Ternopil region. However, in sections of the conference will cover a wide range of issues of safety, quality and expertise of food products, standardization and certification of raw materials and food products in the projection of new national laws.
