HIGH CURRENT, GENERAL PURPOSE TRANSISTOR

DESCRIPTION

The BSS44 is a silicon epitaxial planar PNP transistor in Jedec TO-39 metal case. It is used for high-current switching and power amplifier applica­

tions up to 5A.
