GOD’S PLAN FOR GIVING
Our parish church is totally dependent upon your finan- cial support and generosity. Without your generosity we as a parish church could not function. Unfortunately, it takes money and we must pay
the bills like any other household. The only difference is that we are much, much bigger.
Please be generous with God’s given treasure in supporting your parish church. Please consider tithing
(5% of your income) if you have not done so in the past.
The Good Lord rewards you for your generosity and sacrifice.

Spiritual Communion Prayer
At thy feet O my Jesus, I prostrate myself and offer thee repentance of my contrite heart,
which is humbled in its nothingness and in thy holy presence.
I adore thee in thy sacrament of love.
I decide to receive thee into the poor dwell- ing that my heart offers thee.
While waiting for the happiness of sacramental Communion,
I wish to possess thee in spirit.
Come to me, O my Jesus,
since I for my part, I am coming to thee.
May thy love embrace my whole being in life and in death.
I believe in thee, I hope in thee, I love thee.
Amen.
Pope Francis
Akt Komunii Św. Duchowej
Kładę się u Twych stóp, o mój Jezu, i ofiarowuję Ci moje skruszone serce
uniżone w swojej nicości i Twojej świętej obecności.
Adoruję Cię w sakramencie Twej miłości, niewysłowionej Eucharystii.
Pragnę przyjąć Ciebie w tym ubogim przybytku, jaki oferuje Ci mój umysł.
Czekając na radość z sakramentalnej Komunii, pragnę przyjąć Cię w duchu.
Przyjdź do mnie, O mój Jezu, kiedy ja, ze swojej strony, przychodzę do Ciebie!
Niech Twoja miłość ogarnie moje całe jestestwo w życiu i śmierci.
Wierzę w Ciebie, Tobie ufam, Ciebie miłuję.

Reflections for the week
It is rare that during the Holy Eucharist we read such long fragments of the Gospel as we do today. Let us note that in these several minutes, enclosed are hours of the drama of God and man. We get goosebumps when we think how
much our paths can diverge. A lot of people traveled on them before us. High priests and scribes, among others.
There was a woman with a bottle of precious oil, eternal- ly outraged critics of Jesus, there was also Judas who be- trayed Him. We cannot fail to mention the crying and funky Peter, the confused and panicked apostles, torturers, false witnesses, soldiers, Pilate, Barabbas, Simon of Cyre-
ne, the good thief, the most beloved Mother, Mary Mag- dalene, Mary, Salome, entire crowds. Note that each of these characters met Christ in their life. Each in a different
way. Today the Savior meets with me and you. How will it go down in history?
Let these next days of Holy Week be for us an entrance into God's Word and a celebration of saving events. Let it
not only be a performance in which the role and gestures learned by heart are repeated. Let us walk with the Savior
on the path of His Passion. His humiliation and degrada- tion will happen before our eyes. This will be the path of
the greatest struggle in human history. It is the best time to enlarge the group of the few kind people who, risking the loss of their good name, health and even life, did eve-
rything in their power to stay with their Lord.
czych.
