Dodatkowo do treningu uważności dołączono warsztat poświęcony problematyce mobbingu w miejscu pracy. Warsztat został poprowadzony przez specjalistę zajmującego się problematyką mobbingu. Warsztat prze-znaczony jest na 90-minutowe spotkanie i obejmuje następujące zagad-nienia:

f Czym jest mobbing w miejscu pracy?

f Jak są przyczyny mobbingu w miejscu pracy?

f Jakie są skutki mobbingu w miejscu pracy?

f Jak reagować na sytuacje konfliktowe w miejscu pracy?

f Jak sobie radzić z mobbingiem w miejscu pracy?

Warsztat dostarcza wiedzę o zjawisku mobbingu oraz poznanie prak-tycznych sposobów przeciwdziałania mu z pozycji indywidualnego pra-cownika mogącego doświadczać mobbingu lub być jego świadkiem.

Cele warsztatu:

f poszerzenie wiedzy na temat mobbingu,

f rozwijanie umiejętności reagowania w sytuacjach konfliktów oraz  noszących znamiona mobbingu,

f wzmacnianie postawy opartej na szacunku do siebie i drugiego człowieka.

Efekty

Dzięki udziałowi w warsztacie uczestnicy:

f dowiedzą się, czym jest mobbing,

f będą potrafili odróżnić to, co jest mobbingiem, od  tego, co nim nie jest,

f nauczą się rozpoznawać wczesne sygnały występowania mobbin-gu/sygnały konfliktu ukrytego w relacjach,

f zidentyfikują zachowania (werbalne i  niewerbalne) noszące zna-miona mobbingu,

f będą potrafili zareagować wtedy, gdy zauważą sygnały mobbingu w swoim otoczeniu,

f będą potrafili udzielić wsparcia adekwatnego do  potrzeb osoby doświadczającej mobbingu.
