The authors regret the clerical errors in the following equations[1]. Eqs.(2) and (3)on page 719 should read:

Nheatti= normalised heat consumption for an individual house

Heat2010 = measured heat consumption year t for an individual

house

adjheat2015= adjusted measured heat consumption year t for an

individual house

The correct equations are used in the analysis and therefore these clerical errors will not affect the results.
