Ocena przydatności spektroskopii bliskiej podczerwieni do określenia
zasobów węgla i azotu w industrioziemach
Dodatkowo badania rozszerzono o wykorzystanie zakresu promieniowania widzialnego wraz z bliską podczerwienią w zakresie 400 nm - 2500nm (VIS-NIR-HSI). Otrzymane wyniki badań wskazują na użyteczność wykorzystania spektroskopii bliskiej podczerwieni w określaniu stężeń Corg i Nt w rekultywowanych glebach pogómiczych.
Reclaimed post-mining soils require constant monitoring of their properties. Near infrared spectroscopy with the use of appropriate chemometric techniques can be a useful tool in determining the resources of organic carbon (Corg) and nitrogen (Nt) in
industrial soils. In this paper, various chemometric approaches were tested to develop predictive models of organic carbon and total nitrogen in afforested mine soils based on their near infrared spectra. The studied approaches were: partial least square regression (PLSR), principal component regression (PCR) and artificial neural networks based on the entire spectral data (ANN), the principal components (PCA-ANN) and the latent variables (PLS-ANN). The samples (n = 184) of uppermost mine soil horizons were taken from the reclaimed dump of Bełchatów lignite mine from the depth 0 - 20 cm and were measured for the organic carbon content by dry combustion and for the total nitrogen content by Kjehldahl method. The spectra of soil samples in the near infrared range (1000 nm - 2500 nm) were recorded using a spectrophotometer (FT-NIR) and a hiper-spectral camera (NIR-HSI). In addition, the study was expanded to use the range of visible radiation with near infrared, in the range of 400 nm - 2500 nm (VIS- NIR-HSI). The obtained research results indicate the usefulness of using near infrared spectroscopy in determining Corg and Nt concentrations in reclaimed post- mining soils.
