Streszczenie rozprawy doktorskiej
Przemysław Krystian Pukocz, ”System wspomagania decyzji w transferze technologii informatycznych oparty o metodę roadmappingu”
W rozprawie doktorskiej rozważano problematykę konstrukcji systemu wspomagania decyzji dedykowanym zagadnieniom transferu technologii informatycznych w wykorzystaniem metody roadmappingu. Sama tematyka rozprawy stanowi problem o dużym znaczeniu praktycznym, szczególnie współcześnie dla intensywnie rozwijających się podmiotów gospodarczych rynku high-tech. W zastosowaniach praktycznych przedsiębiorcy branż high-tech często poszukują metod planowania strategicznego i operacyjnego pozwalających na aktywne użytkowanie we własnej działalności gospodarczej technik akwizycji i dyfuzji technologii, tzw. problem aktywnej absorbcji i dyfuzji technologii (ang. Active Absorption and Diffusion Technology Problem, skrót AADTP).
W ramach rozprawy doktorskiej omówiono problematykę budowy planów strategicznych i operacyjnych w podmiotach różnego typu, z wykorzystaniem rożnych narzędzi. Finalnie dokonano wyboru jednej z metod planistycznych, tzw. Roadmappingu technologicznego (ang. Roadmapping, skrót RM) jako metody dedykowanej zagadnieniom wspomagania decyzji w transferze technologii informatycznych. Następnie wprowadzono formalny model hybrydowej architektury systemu wspomagania podejmowania decyzji. Zaprezentowano również własną implementacje Systemu Zdarzeń Dyskretnych (SZD) oraz Optymalizacji Wielokryterialnej (OW). Opracowany model systemu wspomagania decyzji zaimplementowano w formie systemu informatycznego użytkującego aktywne mechanizmy zarządzania wiedzą.
Działanie przedstawionych w pracy metod i technik zilustrowano z wykorzystaniem różnych scenariuszy implementacyjnych.
Propozycja implementacji RM oraz zastosowanie nowo opracowanych dedykowanych algorytmów i modeli decyzyjnych zaproponowanych w pracy, znacznie poprawiła własności samej metody RM.

Dissertation abstracts
Przemysław Krystian Pukocz, ”The decision support system for information technology transfer based on the roadmapping method”
The doctoral dissertation concerns the issue of Decision Support System dedicated to problems of Technology Transfer for information technologies. The very subject matter of the dissertation poses a problem of a very practical relevance, especially for the contemporary high-tech economic operators which experience rapid growth. On practical applications, the entrepreneurs frequently search for strategic planning methods that will allow the active usage of the acquisition and diffusion technology in the economic activity, so called Active Absorption and Diffusion Technology Problem (AADTP).
The study discusses the issue of the development of strategic plans of the contemporary operators with the use of various tools. Ultimately, a method of so called Technology roadmapping (RM) was chosen as the method dedicated to the issue of technology transfer on different decision-making and organizational levels. Then, the formal model of decision making was introduced with the use of the Discrete Event System (SZD) and the Multidimensional Optimization (OW). The developed decisive model was implemented in the form of information system which actively uses the knowledge management mechanisms.
The proposal for the implementation of RM and application of the newly designed dedicated algorithms and decisive models suggested in the study significantly improved the quality of the very RM method. The algorithmic and technical aspects allowing better decision-making were often omitted in studies concerning roadmapping. One of the postulates of the doctoral dissertation was the improvement of the indicated functional features.
The operation of the proposed algorithms was illustrated with the use of various scenarios of the potential usages of the method. Additionally, different functional characteristics of the implemented informational methods and informational systems were used in order to examine their key features. The scenarios assumed the solution of the AADTP problem in different uses: mobile and multimedia solutions and the development of Big Data software.
