Od Redakcji

niniejszy zeszyt powstał w związku z 30. rocznicą obowiązywania onz- -owskiej konwencji o prawach dziecka. jak wiadomo, polscy prawnicy odegrali ważną rolę w jej powstaniu. Publikacja zeszytu jest możliwa dzięki współpracy z prawnikami i pedagogami włoskimi, których rezultaty prac są w zeszycie udo-stępnione. Ponadto zeszyt zawiera teksty o historii i współczesności praw dziec-ka w wielu krajach europy.

The present issue arised in connection with the 30th anniversary of the un convention on the rights of the child. as it is known, Polish lawyers played an important role in its creation. The publication of the issue is possible thanks to the cooperation with Italian lawyers and educators, whose results of work are exhibited on its pages. moreover, the issue contains texts on the history and present of children's rights in many european countries.
