Fizyczne i matematyczne modelowanie termomechanicznych procesów i
Materiałem do badań były stale niskowęglowe: S235 i S355. Do realizacji celu pracy przeprowadzono badania na relaksację, których wyniki posłużyły do wyznaczenia za pomocą metody najmniejszych kwadratów współczynników modelu materiału sprężysto- plastycznego oraz, modelu relaksacji naprężeń. Na podstawie opracowanych modeli przeprowadzono analizę numeryczną wpływu anizotropowych własności cieplnych kręgu, relaksacji naprężeń oraz parametrów laminarnego chłodzenia na poziom naprężeń własnych. Walidację opracowanego modelu przeprowadzono na podstawie wyników eksperymentów wykonanych w warunkach przemysłowych.
Physical and mathematical modeling of thermo- mechanical processes and
phase transformation in strip during cooling in coils
This PhD thesis addresses issues related to the formation of residual stress in hot strip rolling process with special emphasis on their formation during cooling in the coils. The work consists of two main parts: literature review and own research. In the first part of the work, basics of the hot strip rolling technology, laser cutting process, causes of residual stress formation and their control in the strip have been described. The first part of the PhD thesis also includes review of the existing work related to the modeling of residual stress in the strip production process. Based on the literature review, the main purpose of this work was to develop and validate the mathematical model of thermomechanical processes occurring during cooling in the coils, after laminar cooling and coiling, taking into account anisotropic thermal properties of the coil, phase transformations and stress relaxation in the steel. The coil model based on the finite element method has been developed. Materials for research were low carbon steels: S235 and S355. The stress relaxation tests of S235 and S355 steels have been performed in the work. The coefficients of elastic-plastic material model and stress relaxation model were determined by the least squares method using experimental data. The developed models have been used for analysis of the influence of anisotropic thermal properties of the coil, stress relaxation and parameters of laminar cooling on the residual stress. The validation of the developed model was based on the results of experiments performed in industrial conditions.
