The Journal of KONBiN is focusing on problems of the creation and assurance of safety and reliability in the complex human – technology – environment system. The following thematic blocks are proposed:

This issue of the Journal of KONBiN is presenting Authors’ contribution of from: Germany, Oman, Poland, Romania, UK. It is the first time all papers are presented in two columns and that the Journal have multi – language format of papers: English one as the basic language used in the publication, and parallel - selected by Authors second language. We hope that the proposed publication format will meet Readers acceptance world - wide. We are waiting for your future contributions.
