W pracy podjęto zadanie wykorzystania numerycznej mechaniki płynów w celu modernizacji rozdzielacza hydraulicznego pracującego w górniczej sekcji obudowy zmechanizowanej. Modernizacja polegała na zmianie parametrów konstrukcyjnych wybranego rozdzielacza, tak by zmniejszyć stratę ciśnienia, a co za tym idzie zwiększyć jego przepustowość. Ponadto duży nacisk w pracy położono na weryfikację wyników symulacji w stanach nieustalonych z wynikami uzyskanymi na stanowisku badawczym.

MODERNIZATION OF THE HYDRAULIC DIRECTIONAL VALVE USING COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS AND WITH REGARD TO TRANSIENT STATES

The thesis considers the task of using computational fluid dynamics in order to upgrade hydraulic directional valve, which works in mining powered roof support. The modernization is focused on changing the design parameters of the valve so as to reduce pressure drop and thus increase its capacity. In addition, in the thesis emphasis was placed to verify the simulation results in transient states with the results obtained on the research station.
