Opracowanie metodyki oceny stanu technicznego lin kolei linowych o długim okresie eksploatacji
Rozprawa doktorska podejmuje problematykę oceny liii kolei linowych. Mając na uwadze podwyższenie trwałości lin stalowych stosowanych dla kolei linowych powstaje problem oceny tych lin.
Liny nie wykazują typowych symptomów zużycia w postaci złomów drutów. W pracy mając za cel opracowanie metodyki i procedur oceny stanu technicznego dostępnymi środkami diagnostycznymi. Opracowano system diagnostyczny do ciągłej rejestracji i długości skoku liny w trakcie badania wizualnego. Do określenia podstawowych założeń do opracowanego urządzenia wykorzystano wyniki badań magnetycznych wykonywane w określonych odstępach czasowych. Omówiono wpływ parametrów geometrycznych na czas pracy i procesy zużyciowe.
W pracy omówiono obecnie stosowane kryteria oceny lin kolei linowych i zaproponowano nową metodę badań parametrów geometrycznych w trakcie procesu eksploatacji W końcowej części pracy zaproponowano sposób określania terminów kolejnego badania oraz sformułowano wnioski końcowe i określono kierunki dalszego rozwoju.
Developing a methodology for assessing the technical condition of cableway ropes with long service life
Abstract
The doctoral dissertation discusses the issue of assessing cableway ropes. With increasing durability of steel wire ropes used in cableways. the problem of their assessment arises.
Wire ropes do not show typical symptoms of wear in the form of broken wires. The aim of the dissertation was to develop a methodology and procedures for assessment of their technical using the available diagnostic tools. A diagnostic system was developed for continuous recording of the length of rope deflection during visual inspection. To design the basic underlying principles of the device, results of magnetic studies performed at specified intervals were used. The influence of geometrical parameters on service life and wear processes was discussed.
The dissertation presents the cableway rope assessment criteria used currently and proposes a new method of examining geometrical parameters during service life. The last part of the dissertation also proposes a method for determining the time of the next examination, as well as formulates conclusions and suggests possible areas of further research.
