This article is intended to describe the fee structure itself, determine its subjective and objective scope and discuss exemptions from advertising fees. The above list demonstrates that only the market fee, in addition to the DGYHUWLVLQJIHHPD\EHGLUHFWHGDOVRDWHQWUHSUHQHXUV,WVHHPVWKHUHIRUH
