Rekonstrukcja sygnałów próbkowanych poniżej częstotliwości Nyquista z
wykorzystaniem próbkowania wyzwalanego zdarzeniami
W pracy zaproponowano klasyfikację systemów próbkowania wyzwalanego zdarzeniami (PWZ). Zaprezentowano przegląd uogólnionej teorii próbkowania nierównomiernego i rekonstrukcji dostosowanej do PWZ oraz nowy, szybki algorytm rekonstrukcji sygnału oparty o funkcje Slepiana. Zauważono obecność dodatkowego rodzaju informacji (zwanej ukrytą), opisywanej przy pomocy nierówności na wyjściu systemów PWZ i jej użyteczność w rekonstrukcji przy próbkowaniu poniżej częstości Nyquista. Przedstawiono cztery metody rekonstrukcji z użyciem informacji ukrytej, różniące się ciągłością ograniczeń nierównościowych oraz dokładnością ich realizacji. Drugim rodzajem informacji towarzyszącej PWZ są lokalne właściwości widmowe sygnału związane z częstością występowania zdarzeń. Stosunek częstości przekraczania poziomu i pasma sygnału został zbadany za pomocą wzoru Rice’a dla Gaussowskich procesów stochastycznych. Współczynnik proporcjonalności wprowadzonego uogólnionego pasma (pasma mocy) do częstości przekraczania poziomu może być ograniczony i zależy od współczynnika pasma mocy. Opracowano trzy metody estymacji średniego pasma na podstawie statystyki przejść przez poziom, a następnie zbadano ich właściwości, porównano wyniki numerycznie i zastosowano je do estymacji zmiennego pasma i rekonstrukcji sygnału.
Reconstruction of signals sampled at sub-Nyquist rate using event-based
sampling
The classification of the event-triggered sampling (ETS) systems is proposed. Survey on generalized nonuniform sampling and reconstruction theory suited to ETS systems is provided, and new, fast recovery algorithm based on Slepian functions is presented. The additional type of information (called “implicit”) in the form of inequalities is noticed at the output of ETS systems, and it can be useful in the sub-Nyquist sampling regime. Four methods of reconstruction using such inequality constraints were proposed, differing in terms of continuity of constraints and strictness of constraints fulfilling. The second type of additional information accompanying ETS are the local spectral properties of signal, related to the event rate. The relation between level-crossing rate and the signal bandwidth is studied using the Rice formula for stochastic Gaussian process. It is found that the generalized notion of bandwidth, called power bandwidth is related to the level-crossing rate with factor, which can be bounded, depending on the properties of the power bandwidth. Three methods of mean bandwidth estimation from the level-crossing statistics were developed, studied, compared numerically, and applied to the estimation of varying bandwidth and the signal reconstruction.
