INFORMATION REGARDING ISSUING INVOICES INFORMACJA DOTYCZĄCA WYSTAWIANIA FAKTUR
In accordance with the applicable regulations, invoices for individuals who do not run their own businesses and for VAT-exempt sales are issued only on request. The invoice is issued on request, submitted within 3 months from the end of the month in which the payment was made. If the natural person pays and the invoice is to be issued to institutions (the natural person's
employer), a request for an invoice must be accompanied by a referral from the institution (employer) signed by an authorized person to represent the above-mentioned institution.

Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, faktury dla osób fizycznych nieprowadzących działalności gospodarczej oraz dotyczące sprzedaży zwolnionej od podatku VAT wystawia się tylko i wyłącznie na żądanie. Fakturę wystawia się na żądanie zgłoszone w ciągu 3 miesięcy licząc od końca miesiąca, w którym dokonano wpłaty. Jeżeli wpłaca osoba fizyczna, a faktura ma być wystawiona na instytucje (pracodawcę osoby fizycznej) do żądania o fakturę należy dołączyć skierowanie z instytucji (pracodawcy) podpisane przez upoważnioną osobę do reprezentowania w/w instytucji.
