For our team we are seeking the following:
Junior Service Engineer
LOCATION: Warszawa
YOUR TASKS:
– Solve hardware defects in a timely manner while balancing customer satisfaction and delivery
– Identify appropriate solutions for hardware issues
– Installation of hardware & defined software, repair and upgrade, system health checks, system adjustment, software deployment and daily operational activities
– Delight the customer with high quality repairs and quickly returning equipment to full functionality
– Work on demand calls (1,2 night shifts)
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– Strong Polish and communicative English is a must
– Minimum 1 year of experience in server support and network infrastructure – Graduate technical university or technical college
– In-depth knowledge of hardware systems & platforms
– Familiarity with all customer’s operating system platforms (e.g. HP-UX, Windows, Linux, etc.) – High personal culture
– Driver's licence
– Willing to travel (mostly in region, but also country wide)
Would be an asset:
– Knowledge of: HPE ProLiant DL, ML and Blade servers, HPE 3PAR, HPE MSA Storage, Aruba network hardware
– Graduate technical university or technical college
