2. Sources of civil law, regulations in Poland, Italy and Spain
3. Natural and legal persons (entrepreneurs and public legal persons) in Polish and German law
4. Personal rights (incl. image) protection under civil law in Poland and Germany
5. Rules of representation, power of attorney, attorneys in civil procedure in Polish law and French law
6. Contract Law (concluding a contract, preliminary agreements, types of contracts). Comparison between Polish and Spanish preliminary agreements
7. Sale contract in Polish and German contract law
8. Limitation of claims – prescription and time limits in Polish law with comparison to Spanish and Slovenian civil law
9. Ownership and other real property rights in Polish Law and United Kingdom law (comparison of legal language between continental Europe and UK in the field of property law)
10. Land register books and transfer of immovable property in Polish and in German law
11. Co-ownership in marriage community of property in Polish law 12. Securities Law (mortgages in Poland vs. mortgages in German law)
13. Statutory succession rules in Poland, Spain and Germany law and their comparison
