This report contains the determination of the information requirements for the distribution centre of AKZO Sassenheim. The information requirements are based on a new working method, whereby the goods- and information flow are better coupled. Therefore a palletdocument is needed. Introduction of the new working method can be justified only when the indirect benefits, like an increased stock reliability and an increased quality towards customers, are taken into account.
