Bishop’s Annual Appeal

“HELP BUILD A

CIVILIZATION OF LOVE”

On Divine Mercy Sunday we turn to our faith in God who is ready to embrace us and forgive us for all our wrongdoings. In exchange for our humanity God offers His divinity and even though we have sinned against God He never forgets that what He made is good and always shows mercy.

Mercy is a sign of a strong church. We need to be merciful and we need mercy upon us to carry out the mission of the Church to make the Risen Lord’s Way, Truth, and Life known. With a few weeks remaining in the Bishop’s Annual Appeal we have reached over 46% of our parish goal and together we can reach our full potential in the upcoming weeks. The ministries that the Bishop’s Annual Appeal funds provides us the opportunity to attend to our people, serve our Church, and makes the priorities of the Gospel known. All the funds raised through the Bishop’s Annual Appeal go towards the ministries and programs outlined in the appeal brochure.

Thank you to all who have given so generously to the 2019 Bishop’s Annual Appeal. If you have not made a pledge, there is still time to participate. Mail your gift to: Diocese of Metuchen, Bishop’s Annual Appeal, PO Box 4000, Metuchen, NJ 08840-4000 or give online at www.diometuchen.org/BAA.
