future energy scheme, and for optimizing the role gas

will play in that scheme.

 So, let’s strike a balance between 2 threatening extremes:

over-defining a term,

and thereby restricting innovation • not defining sufficiently,

and thereby having multiple uses of the same word, without

 These boundaries include:

• A minimum - the capacity to measure and predict behaviour of the system and its users.

• A maximum – where gas grids have full interconnectivity with other advanced energy systems.
