9. Wnioski końcowe
Przeprowadzone eksperymenty oraz badania otrzymanych warstw wierzchnich pozwoliły na przeanalizowanie możliwości aplikacyjnych badanej technologii. W oparciu o uzyskane wyniki można sformułować następujące wnioski:
1. Stopowe proszki Fe-Al o wielkości cząstek z przedziału 40-120µm nadają się do wytworzenia aktywnego złoża fluidalnego z przeznaczeniem do cieplno-chemicznej obróbki dyfuzyjnego aluminiowania.
2. Opracowana innowacyjna metoda dyfuzyjnego nasycania atomami aluminium
w aktywnym złożu fluidalnym może być stosowana dla różnych materiałów podłoża. 3. Analiza składu chemicznego po zastosowanej obróbce cieplno-chemicznej wykazała
nasycenie aluminium warstw wierzchnich otrzymanych zarówno na podłożu stalowym jak i miedzianym.
4. Grubość warstwy wierzchniej uzyskanej na drodze dyfuzyjnego aluminiowania zależy od materiału podłoża, technologii i warunków przeprowadzenia procesu (temperatura i czas wyżarzania). Warstwy otrzymane na podłożu miedzi były dziesięciokrotnie grubsze niż uzyskane na podłożu stali duplex.
5. Warstwy otrzymane w wyniku obróbki w złożu fluidalnym na stali duplex mają grubości mniejsze w porównaniu z warstwami otrzymanymi obróbką konwencjonalną . Największe różnice występują dla najdłuższego czasu obróbki.
6. Dyfrakcyjna rentgenowska analiza ujawniła obecność aluminków żelaza FeAl i Fe2Al5 i miedzi Cu9Al4 w otrzymanych warstwach.
7. Otrzymane warstwy wierzchnie na podłożu stalowym nie wykazują silnego
steksturowania. Niewielkie steksturowanie występuje w warstwach otrzymanych konwencjonalnie, uprzywilejowany wzrost fazy FeAl zachodził w kierunku <100>
8. W warstwach Fe-Al zaobserwowano częściowe uporządkowanie nadstruktury związku FeAl o współczynniku uporządkowania s≈0,8.
9. Metody dyfrakcyjne pomiaru makroskopowych naprężeń własnych wykazały, że
w badanych warstwach otrzymanych metodą fluidalną występuje stan naprężeń ściskających zarówno w przypadku zastosowania podłoża stalowego jak i miedzianego. W warstwach otrzymanych w sposób konwencjonalnie na stali stan naprężeń ma charakter rozciągający.
10.Przeprowadzony proces aluminiowania dyfuzyjnego spowodował znaczne utwardzenie otrzymanych warstw dyfuzyjnych. Mikrotwardość warstw wierzchnich wzrasta od 180 do 300% w porównaniu do mikrotwardości podłoża.
11.Otrzymane warstwy dyfuzyjne odznaczały się wysoką odpornością na zużycie ścierne w porównaniu z odpornością materiału wyjściowego. Wynikała ona ze wzbogacania warstw wierzchnich w aluminki.
