Praca przedstawia zagadnienia związane z określeniem dokładności odwzorowania czaszkowych implantów kostnych w procesie rekonstrukcji numerycznej i fizycznej. Przedstawione zostały możliwości automatyzacji procesu analizy dokładności odwzorowania prototypów z wykorzystaniem optycznej techniki pomiarowej. W procesie numerycznej rekonstrukcji kości sklepienia czaski przedstawiono metody pozyskiwania geometrii modeli medycznych za pomocą diagnostycznej techniki pomiarowej CT. Następnie przeprowadzono analizę metod obróbki danych numerycznych, procedur podwyższania dokładności modeli numerycznych 3D- CAD oraz możliwości automatyzacji poszczególnych etapów rekonstrukcji cyfrowej. Analizie poddano również metody rekonstrukcji ubytków kości w środowisku 3D- CAD. W celu wykonania fizycznych modeli wykorzystano przyrostowe technologie szybkiego prototypowania. Gotowe prototypy zastałe poddane analizie dokładności odwzorowania ich powierzchni w stosunku do modeli 3D-CAD. Pomiary przeprowadzono przy użyciu optycznego skanera ATOS firmy GOM.
The analysis of the accuracy of bone defects implants in the numerical nad physical reconstruction proces.
The thesis presents issues related to the determining the accuracy of the cranial bone implants projection in the numerical and the physical reconstruction. The thesis presents the possibilities of the automation in the numerical reconstruction and the possibilities of the automation in the analysis of the accuracy of prototypes using the optical measuring techniques. In the process of the numerical reconstruction of the skull bones, the methods of obtaining the medical models geometry using the diagnostic CT measuring technique were presented. An analysis of the processing of numerical data methods, increasing the accuracy of 3D-CAD models methods and the possibilities of automation of all stages of the digital reconstruction were also analysed. For creating physical models the rapid protoyping technologies were used. Physical prototypes were subjected to comparative analysis with 3D-CAD models. The measurements were performer using the ATOS optical scanner GOM co.
