SUMMARY

Upper Cretaceous microfauna of the Middle Su-dety Mts. is the subject of vivid interest since the middle of the fifties. Systematic micropaleontological . studies, initiated in the middle of the. sixties, gave ~haracteristics of foraminifer assemblages from par-ticular llthostratigraphic members, identification 01 the assemblages 'stratigraphically important and ty-pical of this area, distinguishment ()f foraminifel' zones, as well as a contribution to the discussion on time levels for the Cretaceous of the Middle . Sudety Mts.
