W rozprawie doktorskiej opracowano metodykę kompleksowych geodezyjnych pomiarów geometrii wysokich kominów wieloprzewodowych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań eksperymentalnych oraz sformułowano zasady wyznaczania przemieszczeń i odkształceń wewnętrznych konstrukcji w kominach wieloprzewodowych. Oceniono przydatność zaproponowanej metodyki pomiarów do stwierdzenia ewentualnych stanów awaryjnych kominów i do określenia zakresu robót rekonstrukcyjnych.
Do pomiarów wykorzystano specjalistyczne instrumenty geodezyjne: tachimetry elektroniczne, skanery laserowe, niwelator kodowy, radar interferometryczny. Przeprowadzono również analizę zgromadzonego materiału pomiarowego w aspekcie dokładności uzyskanych wyników.
The methodology of deformation surveying in the diagnostics of multi-flue industrial chimneys
In the doctoral thesis a methodology of comprehensive surveying of geometry of high multi-flue chimneys was developed. There were presented the results of experimental researches. The rules for determining displacements and deformations of the internal structures in multi-flue chimneys were formulated. In addition, the usefulness of the proposed measurements methodology to identify any faults of chimneys and to define the scope of reconstruction work were evaluated.
In the first part of the thesis the technical characteristic of multi-flue chimneys was described. The second part concerned the theoretical problems related to surveying of industrial chimneys. The need to perform these measurements was also justified. The third, substantial part of the thesis presented the results of researches which were examined in detail.
In-situ measurements were performed on the real structures, determining the geometry of their internal load-bearing platforms and flue pipes. The research objects were seven multi-flue reinforced concrete chimneys of various construction, height from 100 m to 300 m, equipped with from 1 to 6 flue pipes. For this reason, the scope of researches as well as measurement techniques were modified. The specialist surveying instruments, such as: total stations, laser scanners, electronic level and interferometrie radar were used during the studies. The analysis of the collected material in context of determining the accuracy of the results were also carried out.
