Modelowanie przemian fazowych
zachodzących
podczas
hartowania izotermicznego żeliwa sferoidalnego
W pracy przedstawiono opracowanie, implementację oraz eksperymentalną weryfikację modelu matematycznego, umożliwiającego symulację rozwoju mikrostruktury żeliwa sferoidalnego o określonym składzie chemicznym podczas obróbki cieplnej z wytrzymywaniem izotermicznym żeliwa sferoidalnego. W ramach prowadzonych badań dokonano przeglądu literatury istotnej dla tematyki pracy, sformułowano model matematyczny umożliwiający wyznaczenie parametrów technologicznych procesu: temperatura i czas austenityzowania, t[gamma](T[gamma]),
Do optymalizacji funkcji celu wykorzystano metodę ewolucyjną. Weryfikację opracowanych modeli przeprowadzono w oparciu o wyniki własnych badań eksperymentalnych oraz o wyniki prezentowane w literaturze. Wynikiem prac jest zaimplementowany w języku C# kompleksowy system komputerowy umożliwiający analizę przemian fazowych zachodzących podczas obróbki cieplnej z wytrzymywaniem izotermicznym żeliwa sferoidalnego o określonym składzie chemicznym.
Modelling of phase transformations occurring during isothermal heat
treatment of ductile iron
The development, implementation and experimental verification of a mathematical model that allows the simulation of microstructure development in ductile iron subjected to an isothermal heat treatment was presented. As part of the conducted research, literature relevant to the subject of work was reviewed and a mathematical model was formulated to determine the technological parameters of the process, i.e. the temperature and time of austenitizing t[gamma](T[gamma]) and the temperature and
time of austempering ti(Ti) allowing the manufacture of cast iron with an austenitic-ferritic matrix and predicting the volume fraction of phases present in the microstructure of heat-treated cast iron. Identification of model parameters was based on reverse analysis, experimental studies and literature data. The reverse analysis was based on the results of dilatometric studies. The evolutionary method was used to optimize the objective function. The verification of the developed models was based on the results of own experimental studies and the results presented in the literature. The final outcome of the studies is a computer system implemented in C# language, which enables the analysis of phase transformations occurring during isothermal heat treatment of ductile iron with a specific chemical composition.
