It’s just me
In the years 1976–1981 studied at the Faculty of Painting, Graphic and Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk in Poland. In 1981 she was graduated from the studio of sculpture of Professor Franciszek Duszenko.
Since 1983 she is working as an academic teacher
at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, currently as professor at the Faculty of Sculpture in charge of the Drawing Atelier.
In 1982 and 1984 she obtained a yearly scholarship from Ministry of Culture and Art. In 2000 she was an artist-in-residen- ce in programme La Pietra Nera in Italy. In 2009 she received Stone grant from Bohuslan KKV-B in Sweden. She deals with sculpture, site-specific installation, drawing, graphic design and photography.
After finishing the Academy she participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions both in Poland and abroad.
She took part in many International Sculpture Symposiums and won many prizes in France, Israel, Italy, Poland and Turkey.
Most significant sculpture made in marble or granite are exhibited on permanent display in Italy, Israel, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Turkey and Poland.
