Timetable of the Accommodation Process for current international students

from 15th April to 8th May
Students are obliged to register on the http://kwaterunek.pw.edu.pl website and submit their applications online to the Accommodation System.
Registration failure may result in dormitory room application refusal.
The Accommodation Committee for current international students will then check correctness of data in the Accommodation System.
15th April First day of the Accommodation Application Process for current international students.
from15th April to 26th April
Married couples who wish to live together are obliged to submit applications in the Accommodation System with official proof of marriage.
until 16th May
Lists of people both approved and on the reserve list in the Accommodation Process are posted on the notice boards.
Admissions of lists from rector/university chancellor (based on appeal letters).
20th May End of admissions of lists from the Rector (based on appeal letters).
until 20th May Publishing of the provisional decisions by the Faculty Accommodation Committee in the Accommodation System.
from 16th May to 24th May
Students’ Applications in the Accommodation System room preference Declarations.
until 31th May Publishing of the provisional decisions by the Faculty Accommodation Committee in the Accommodation System.
from 30th May
to 5th June Admissions of lists from rector/university chancellor (regarding rooms given).
until 7th June Publishing of the final decisions (signed by Deans) by the Faculty Accommodation Committee in the Accommodation System.
until 28th June Deans forwarding lists of given rooms to the Bank of Places.
21st August
Final Deadline of paying the deposit for the formerly occupied Room in WUT’s dormitory.
Not paying the deposit equals with resignation from WUT’s accommodation.
The end of Accommodation Process for current international students.
26th September First day of accommodating students in dormitories.
4th October
Last day when the referrals to WUT’s dormitories are valid. Students who will not turn up in the allocated rooms by then, will lose those places as a
consequence.
