Literature survey, Report 86.3.2054.TL, Transport Engineering and Logistics.

In this report, a survey is given of automatic palletising systems, which are able to palletise several different products simultaneously. Some described systems are operational, others can be built with current components.

These systems are reviewed on quantitative and qualitative criteria. The possibilities for application of these systems are discussed too. Reports on Transport Engineering and Logistics (in Dutch)

The following easy result shows that countably incomplete ultrapowers of infinite structures are always non-trivial..

It is interesting that if we assume only that a Markov operator (or semigroup) P has an invariant density f ∗ and spreads supports, then P is weakly asymptotically stable (mixing)..

As an application we give an alternative proof of the Burghelea–Vigu´e-Poirrier conjecture [19] about quasifree cyclic homology of topological spaces with cohomology algebra being

Since a metamodel is trained based on a small sample of vectors, it will be inherently inaccurate, and so it is necessary to safeguard the search to ensure that it converges towards

The physical ba- sis for the dielectric response behaviour in the bound dipole class has been the subject of extensive research [Jonscher (1983), Montroll and Bendler (1984),

Some sufficient conditions for controllability of nonlinear systems described by differential equation ˙x = f (t, x(t), u(t)) are given.. Keywords: differential equation,
