Celem weryfikacji poprawności przeprowadzonych obliczeń numerycznych, zbudowano sondę pomiarową 3-osiową do inwentaryzacji topografii pola magnetycznego w obszarze roboczym głowicy.
Dissertation encompasses studies which main objective is to design the best possible diagnostics equipment to testing of steel ropes. Main objective is to designate model of correlation for input and output magnetic head parameters. The author of the dissertation focused on the differences of metrological properties among the diagnostics devices of various global manufacturers. The parameters of the magnets as the source elements of field were analyzed and validated by gauss meter. Several dozen analyzes of the field distribution around the broken wire for different widths of air gaps and the level of magnetization of the wire were made. The construction of a prototype head for testing steel- polyurethane belts was described. Using the possibilities of MES and probabilistic tools, an analysis of the impact of construction parameters according to assumed ranges of variability for the metrological parameters of the magnetic head. In order to verify the correctness of numerical calculations, an 3-axis effective measuring probe was built. It made it possible inventories of field topography in the working area of the improved version of the magnetic head and comparison of measurements with the results of numerical calculations. The final validation and comparison of the metrological properties of the heads before and after the modifications was carried out on steel-polyurethane belts with modeled damages. Performed analysis and calculations were presented in form of universal correlation matrix, reference nomograms, correlation slice charts of construction parameters and metrological parameters of magnetic circuits.
