CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT FOR INDEFINITE PERIOD

concluded on 18

October 2019 in Wrocław between:

ABC Ltd. with its seat in Wrocław (53-333), Kwiatowa Street 10,

represented by Jan Kowalski, hereinafter referred to as the Employer and

Anna Nowak residing in Wrocław (50-076), Leśna Street 2/2, hereinafter referred to as the Employee,

its contents being as follows:

1. The Employer employs the Employee for an indefinite period of time for the post of Sales Manager.

2. The work shall be performed at the Employer’s premises, from Monday to Friday, from 8

am.

3. A detailed description of the duties of the Employee is contained in Enclosure No. 1:

‘Scope of duties of Sales Manager', which is an integral part of this Contract.

4. The Employee shall be paid the salary of 3000,00 PLN (say: tree thousand PLN) monthly.

5. The Employee shall commence her work on 1

November 2019.

6. The Employee shall be allowed to do her work upon submitting a health certificate and completing a preliminary training in respect of safety and health at work.

7. The Employee is obliged to keep secret all the information that came to her knowledge during the period of this Contract.

8. This Contract has been made in two identical copies, one copy for each party.
