громадською підтримкою» [6, с. 29]. 6. Висновки та перспективи подальших досліджень в даному напрямку. Результати проведеного дослідження свідчать про те, що більшість молодого покоління: - вважають, що за забезпечення гідного рівня життя після виходу на пенсію основну відповідальність несе сама особа; - не вірять, що будуть одержувати достатній дохід після виходу на пенсію; - категорично проти підвищення пенсійного віку; - мало знають про специфіку пенсійної системи, у тому числі про середній розмір пенсії, внески, добровільні або обов’язкові програми заощадження (другий та третій рівні); - не можуть (через відсутність достатнього доходу, або необхідних знань) заощаджувати на пенсію; - не довіряють суб’єктам пенсійного забезпечення або фінансовим установам. Так як підвищення пенсійної грамотності в Україні сьогодні має епізодичний характер, необхідно введення в навчальний процес дисципліни «Пенсійна справа» на всі спеціальності галузі знань 07 Управління та адміністрування. Практично всі програми підвищення пенсійної та фінансової грамотності в різних країнах світу насамперед приділяють увагу молоді, особливо студентам, оскільки зрозуміло, що саме студенти – це вже економічно активне населення, або стане таким через 2–5 років. Від рівня фінансової грамотності цього прошарку суспільства залежить майбутній добробут країни, саме на них розрахована і пенсійна реформа, а не на теперішніх пенсіонерів. Тому найважливішими групами виступають учні, студенти та викладачі. Тільки в рамках середньої та вищої школи можна досягти максимального результату розуміння і підтримки пенсійного реформування через охоплення різних прошарків населення

PENSION REFORM IN UKRAINE (YOUTH POINT OF VIEW)

Abstract. Survey results of young people about a pension reform in Ukraine are presented
in the article. Problems of pension reform and ways of their solutions by the youth point of view are shown. There are defined such significant deterrent factors to youth participation in cumulative pension security as low income and absence of necessarily knowledge. The attention is paid to the fact that it is needed to introduce into the learning process for all specialties of the 07 Management and administration field knowledge such discipline as «Pension case», which can be powerful source of information to give a motivational impulse to young people to think over securing themselves at old age and provide them with certain skills to analyze changes in pension realm, understand the consequences, alternatives and effective finances accumulation tools.
