Die letztere bietet zugleich eine bequeme TJebersicht der Details jedes Abschnitts. Die Zahlen in horizontaler Linie weisen auf die Seiten hin, wo die Nachrichten über die vorngenannten Provinzen, Regierungsbezirke etc. enthalten sind; die Zahlen in verticaler Linie geben dagegen an, über welche Seite sich jeder einzelne Abschnitt erstreckt. Von jed em Regierungsbezirke werden in dem vorliegenden Hefte speciell und getrennt mitgetheilt; Nachrichten über A. je d e darin liegende Stadt mit mehr als 20 000 Einwohnern; B. sämmtliche Städte; C. die Landgemeinden mit über 2 000 Einwohnern (summarisch); D. sämmtliche Landgemeinden; E. die selbständigen Gutsbezirke (summarisch); F. das platte Land überhaupt. — Seite 263 finden sich die Daten über die Militärbevölkerung (sowohl Zollabrechnungs- wie factische) in den ausser-preussischen Staaten des norddeutschen Bundes.
