a n d argues t h a t th o u g h th e s h ip is b o u n d to d e liv e r in to w agons, i t does so i f i t b rin g s th e s lin g o f t im b e r h a n g in g o n a crane w it h in reach o f th e consignee s ta n d in g in a w a g o n , an d leaves th e consignee t o “ m anoeuvre ” th e t im b e r in t o th e w a g o n and release i t fr o m th e s lin g .
