5. Informacje o budownictwie spółdzielni mie
szkaniowych dotyczą mieszkań oddanych do uży
tkowania przez wszystkie typy spółdzielni, łącznie z jednorodzinnym budownictwem spółdzielczym.

The notion of condominium refers to a block of flats, in which a part or all dwellings constitute se
parate ownerships, confirmed by an entry in the land and mortgage register. Condominium is cre
ated by all owners of dwellings (residential and business premises) in a given building;
