The work involves issues related to the process of plastic forming of the soft magnetic alloy of the system Ni-Fe-Mo. Based on the current state of knowledge and level of advanced of production techniques of this type alloys, characterized by a casting structure with elevated porosity, it accepted the thesis, which shows that the use of appropriate conditions for the process of plastic forming, primarily a relative feed of at least 2 and anvils with profile closing the workspace, it allows to obtain material without internal defects, ie. voids, discontinuities, gas bubbles, etc. Experimental researches of the plastic forming process of an alloy commercial called permalloy have been directed to obtain information about the most favourable parameters of forming process of the analyzed material. The results of the research include plastometer test, inverse analysis of the results from the simulator Gleeble to implement them into the QForm program, which allows for numerical analysis of the forging process. Also have beeb made studies of selected mechanical properties and microstructure observations of the stock material as well as on samples taken from the forged parts.
