I n connection with t h e delivery of r e n t , t h e lessee in all of t h e t h r e e c o n t r a c t s engages t o p a y λόγφ συν-ήθειας a c e r t a i n q u a l i t y of other t h i n g s (milk, beans, etc.). Berl. I n v . № 16050 contains t h e s t i p u l a t i o n t h a t t h e lessee is n o t allo-wed t o leave t h e arable l a n d untilled before t h e t e r m i n a t i o n of t h e lease.
